The 27 inch panel shows 5120 by 2880 pixels at 218 pixels per inch, more than 14 million in all, with a billion colours, P3 wide colour and 600 nits of brightness. Text is razor sharp and photos look true to life, so editing, designing and long spreadsheets all feel effortless. True Tone adjusts the colour temperature to the light in your room.
Nano-texture for bright rooms
Working next to a big window or under strong office lights? Studio Display is also made with nano-texture glass, which scatters light to cut glare while keeping the image crisp. It is the smart choice for sunny Nairobi offices and studios.

The 12MP Center Stage camera has improved image quality and keeps you in frame as you move, and Desk View shows your face and a top down view of your desk at the same time. A three microphone array with beamforming picks up your voice clearly. The six speaker system pairs two tweeters with four force cancelling woofers that Apple says deliver 30 percent deeper bass than before, with Spatial Audio for Dolby Atmos.

Studio Display has two Thunderbolt 5 ports, each up to 120Gb/s, and two USB-C ports at up to 10Gb/s. The upstream port charges your Mac at up to 96W, enough to fast charge a 14 inch MacBook Pro, while the downstream port connects drives and accessories or another display. With a MacBook Pro with M5 Max you can daisy chain up to four Studio Displays.

Studio Display works with Apple silicon Macs running macOS Tahoe 26.3.1 or later, including MacBook Air and 13 inch MacBook Pro from M1 (2020) onwards, 14 and 16 inch MacBook Pro from 2021, Mac mini from 2020, iMac 24 inch from 2021 and Mac Studio from 2022. It also works with iPad Pro and recent iPad Air models on iPadOS 26.3.1 or later. Pair it with the new Mac Studio M5 Max for a serious creative setup.

The tilt adjustable stand tilts from minus 5 to plus 25 degrees. The tilt and height adjustable stand adds 105mm of height adjustment, ideal for shared desks and long working days. The stand is made with 100 percent recycled aluminium. In the box you get Studio Display and a 1 metre Thunderbolt 5 Pro cable.
