Delivery Timeframes

We offer fast, reliable delivery across Kenya 🇰🇪 and Africa 🌍:

🇰🇪 Nairobi - Same Day Delivery
Orders  are delivered the same day within Nairobi and surrounding areas.

🇰🇪 Kenya - 24 Hour Delivery
All orders to destinations within Kenya (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and other cities) are delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation.

🌍 Africa - 2 Day Delivery
International orders to African countries are delivered within 2 business days from dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.
